Bacon and Cheese Omelet {Kid Friendly Breakfast Idea}

I'm constantly looking for things my kids will eat and ways to make my life easier. This simple recipe helps we with both! Lots of protein, great flavor, and did I mention these are really easy to make?

Easy and healthy breakfast. Omelet muffins... genius!


All you need is:

One egg for each muffin to want to make (for our purposes let's say it's 6)

6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 slices cooked bacon

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prep your muffin tin with baking liners. Crack all the eggs into a mixing bowl, add milk and beat with a whisk until smooth. Pour egg mixture into individual baking cups. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top of the egg mixture. Carefully, using a fork, mix in bacon and cheese slightly. Bake for 15 minutes or until you can poke them with a toothpick and it comes out clean.

I just know your kids are going to love these as much as mine do!
