I never want to look like I'm trying too hard. I want to look like getting dressed is the easiest thing I ever do... it's not... but that's how I want it to look. My style icons are Audrey Hepburn and Coco Chanel. It was Coco who said, "Before you leave the house, take a look in the mirror and take one thing off." Just like in
decorating, editing is as important in dressing as accessorizing. It's easy to over do it. It's easy to under do it too. The happy medium... it's what we're all looking for.
I'm a mom and I buy clothes that I can wear at home, on a field trip to the museum, to a meeting with clients, and for a night out with my handsome husband or girlfriends.

I love clothes that are simple, comfortable, and stylish... not trendy. I love classic accessories like big black sunglasses and tortoise shell jewelry. On this particular day, I might as well have been wearing my PJs, this outfit was amazingly comfy.
Don't get me wrong, I still buy into trends to some extent... but if I do, I mix them with classic pieces that will always be in style. I have a few key pieces of jewelry that I like to mix and match.
Keeping my jewelry organized makes it really easy to accessorize.

I don't wear heels often. I am almost 6 feet tall and so I don't need the height (to say the least) but sometimes they are just too cute to pass up. I love these classic suede pumps.
Easy, simple, comfortable, stylish.
