I've always wanted a pretty bottle for my olive oil. I use it a lot and I would like to be able to keep it out on the counter. I looked for one but didn't find one I liked. Solution, make my own. I found a food save bottle at the craft store and bought an oven-bake gold pin while I was at it. PS, this post is part of my Organize Pretty Series.
This was my inspiration for the writing. I practiced on a piece of paper first. Once I was pretty sure I wasn't going to mess it up entirely, I drew the design on the bottle.
Then, I just followed the instructions that came with the pin and put it in the oven for a few minutes.
Now I have a pretty olive oil bottle; pretty enough to keep out on the counter. I just love how the pin turned out to be the same color as the olive oil itself, bonus!
