You will need:
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Peppermint essential oil
Roasted and salted almonds
Prepare yourself for a very scientific recipe (or not)
1. Put a handful of chocolate chips in a bowl, add about a tablespoon of milk.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds
4. Add a drop of peppermint oil
6. Dip one almond in the chocolate and stick it to another
You can let it cool or you can stick it in the freezer for a few minutes.
7. Add to ice cream!
